To build or not to build...that is the question

Dreaming of building a new home?  We all have..but what is really going on.

I have been extremely honored in the last 5 years to build 12 new homes for several families . These last two years have been quite interesting due to the pandemic. Many builders are faced with challenges such as material shortages, supply chain issues, and overall lack of subcontractors. This can add stress and uncertainty to both the builder and buyer, which is not fun at all!

All of this creates the need for you to have a great Realtor representing YOUR interests from the beginning. There's no question that the builder wants to get your house done and frankly, they need to focus on the challenges and ways to think outside the box to make this happen. As your agent, it is essential that all parties are communicating throughout the process. Without this, expectations are not met and what should be a fun experience, ends up being a mess.
